Who runs this site

This site is run by Eunice Atieno, trading as Eunice The VA, based in Nairobi, Kenya. For anything in this policy, email eodhiambo035@gmail.com.

What I collect, and where

CV intake form: your name, email, the service you choose, your target roles, background, and any links or notes you decide to share. Submissions are received through Netlify Forms.
Guide waitlist: your email address, also received through Netlify Forms.
Booking a call: the details you enter on Calendly, which handles the booking under its own privacy policy.
Coaching applications: the answers you give in the Google Form linked from the Coaching page, handled by Google.
Purchases: payments for guides and checklists are processed by Selar. I do not see or store your card details.
Email: if you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you write.

How I use it

To reply to you, deliver the service you asked for, and, if you joined the waitlist, to tell you when new guides are out. I do not sell your information.

Cookies, analytics and fonts

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google's servers and your IP address is shared with Google when it does. Links to other sites (Calendly, Selar, Google Forms, social media) are covered by those sites' own policies. If I add analytics or other tools later, I will update this page.

How long I keep it

I keep form submissions and emails for as long as needed to handle your request or deliver your service. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, withdraw your consent, or be removed from the waitlist at any time by emailing me. These rights apply under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, and under similar laws that may apply where you live, such as the GDPR in the EU and UK.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date.
